This Disclaimer governs your access to and use of https://www.flairresearchlabs.com (the "Site"), operated by Flair Labs Research LLC (the "Company"). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
1. Research Use Only
All products sold by the Company through the Site are supplied strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research and development use only. They are NOT for human or animal consumption and are NOT intended for any diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, cosmetic, food, or household use. The products are intended solely for use by qualified researchers in an appropriately equipped and controlled research setting.
2. Not Evaluated or Approved by the FDA
The statements made on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The products offered by the Company are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or to affect the structure or function of any human or animal body. No representation is made that any product is safe or effective for any use.
3. Product Categorization
The products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. The Company is a chemical supplier — it is NOT a compounding pharmacy and NOT an outsourcing facility as defined under section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and it does not compound, prescribe, or dispense medications.

A "research use only" or "not for human consumption" designation does not by itself determine a product's regulatory status. By proceeding, you represent and warrant that (a) you meet the age requirement, (b) you are a qualified researcher or duly authorized representative of a research institution, and (c) the products you purchase are legal to acquire and possess in your jurisdiction. The Company may refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
6. Assumption of Risk
You assume all responsibility and risk for the proper handling, storage, and use of the products. The products may be hazardous and must be handled only by trained personnel using appropriate safety procedures and protective equipment in a controlled laboratory environment.

Nothing on this Site constitutes medical, veterinary, scientific, or professional advice. The Company does not provide reconstitution, dosing, administration, or use instructions, and will not respond to requests for any such guidance.
